2014 All-Star Game at Target Field

We just wanted to update all our great Twins fans about the 2014 All-Star game. The Minnesota Twins will host the Major League Baseball All-Star Game in July 2014 at Target Field! The All-Star baseball's best players will hop into Minneapolis for five days of events at Target Field and the Minneapolis Convention Center. This all leads up to the 85th All-Star Game, which is scheduled to be played on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. It's the first time the Midsummer Classic will take place in Minneapolis since 1985 and the first ever All-Star Game at Target Field. We are so excited to host the game, it's going to be the best thing about next summer.

Minnesota Twins Season Ticket Holders will be among the first fans to receive the opportunity to secure tickets for the 2014 MLB All-Star Events. But, we know you will be able to get tickets from Brokers in the area!

Minnesota Twins Slide, Buy Twins Tickets and Support a Rally

The Minnesota Twins continue to SLIDE down the slippery slope of loserville. Losing 6 games in a row is a definite blow to the team that was just a couple of games back from first place in the Central League standings. Now, they are over 5 games back and it isn’t looking very pretty.

I am wearing my Twins jersey today – I am calling it my Twins rally jersey in hopes of an afternoon game win in Chicago White Sox land.

I am also looking forward to the Twins returning the Homerdome on Friday hosting the Milwaukee Brewers for three games and then the Boston Red Sox for four. Get your Minnesota Twins jerseys on and head out to the Metrodome and support this team in a turn around. I see local ticket companies like Ticket King have Minnesota Twins tickets for sale. I bought reserved outfield tickets, I think they call them the home run porch, but I kept calling it the home run patio – LOL! two weeks ago for under face value from Ticket King. So keep your eyes on their Twins ticket prices, if you want to get in cheap, Ticket King can help you with Minnesota Twins Tickets – they also have some of the best seats in the entire Metrodome, but trust me those don’t come cheap.

Minnesota Twins Tickets Popular

The Minnesota Twins reported that “Minnesotans are so eager to watch baseball at Target Field, they're buying a record number of tickets to the Metrodome.”

The Twins are expecting to sell almost 11,000 season tickets (a franchise record) for the 2009 season due to the fact that the seat-selection process for Target Field begins with Twins season ticket holders. I am guessing that you will be able to buy cheap single game tickets this year from ticket brokers like Ticket King, then because there will be an excess of “purchased” tickets on the market.

I will want to see a few games at the Metrodome this season (the Twins 28th), but I won’t go out of my way to see more games than I usually do. Are other fans? It will be interesting to see what the season holds.

I was surprised that you couldn’t buy Twins Tickets at TwinsFest last weekend – what was up with that? The Twins Schedule is out and ticket brokers already have tickets for sale. Weird – I think the Twins missed out on potential ticket money from single game fans (like me!)

Minnesota Twins Hot Ticket

The great people over at Ticket King still want to advertise on my Minnesota Twins blog -I am not sure why because google has stripped my page rank, but this is still a good quality site and I promised those ticket folks located over there by the Metrodome that I would do my best to increase the page rank and give them a bang for their buck. So go buy your tickets from Ticket King and tell them you heard it from their Twins blogger!

Twins Rangers Series

The Minnesota Twins are back at the Hubert H Humphrey Metrodome tonight hosting the Texas Rangers in a three game series. There are still good Twins tickets available from local ticket brokers like Ticket King, but the prices aren’t as cheap as some of the other games I have seen. I guess the boys of summer are finally catching on in the Twin Cities and drawing in more fans than usual. Sunday afternoons game has a Justin Morneau jersey promotion!!! I wish I was going, but I have to tile my entryway. *sigh*

Twins face Diamondbacks at Home

After finishing the series with the Washington Nationals at the Metrodome, the Minnesota Twins will now play the Arizona Diamonbacks in a three game series. The back to back Metrodome series could prove beneficial to the Minnesota Twins and their place in the AL Central…that is if they can muster up a few wins against the National League West leader Diamondbacks. There are still cheap Twins tickets available from local ticket brokers like Ticket King so buy your Twin Tickets and head out to the Metrodome this weekend to see the boys of summer in action! Go Twins!

Twins Tickets for Sale

One of my buddies decided to buy a Twins season ticket package just to get his name on the priority list for the new Twins ballpark. He bought a pair of tickets in section 132 row 15. He bought the Gold Glove package which is a group of pretty good games including the Saturday June 28th match-up vs the Milwaukee Brewers which happens to be mini-Michael Cuddyer Wind-Up Walker night! I have sat in section 132 before and they are great seats. In fact, 132 and 133 are some of my favorite seats because you are right by the Twins dugout and you get great views of the Twins players warming up.

My buddy decided he wanted to get rid of some of the Twins tickets to help with the expense so he tried calling local ticket broker Ticket King. The Ticket King rep said they would pay face value for the Red Sox, Yankees or Brewers game, but that they weren’t interested in anything else at this time. I guess Twins ticket demand is down…do you suppose it is because the Twins lost two of their stars and Twins fans don’t remember that we still have the super stars of Justin Morneau, Joe Mauer, Francisco Liriano and Joe Nathan? I am guessing that if the Twins come out of the gate and win a few in a row, Twins tickets will become a lot more valuable. Anyone care to comment?
