LET'S FACE IT - THE TWINS ARE HOT!!!

The boys of summer have finally got it together. The home games have been super duper - we swept the Cubs and the Dodgers. That's a Double Sweep! Is there a fancy baseball term for that? Kind of like Double Play, but way way better (-: With the Brewers in town next, the border battle games should be top notch. Now, if we could just get the Tigers and the White Sox to lose a few, the Minnesota Twins could still be in the pennant race.

It is definitely true that momentum is often a stronger force than raw talent. One of our beloved Minnesota Twins players was quoted on the news saying that "Winning is Contagious...and so was losing." Clearly, the Minnesota Twins are on the winning side of the momentum equation. Let's just hope and pray that they can stay that way.
